Aim & Purpose:

Blue Thread Group Limited is committed to acting responsibly in all its business practices by making comprehensive decisions which take into consideration the social, economic, environmental and ethical factors with the aim to be part of a socially responsible supply chain.

At Blue Thread Group, we implement effective measures and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any of our supply chains or factories where our products are manufactured.

Employment:

We are committed to a fair and transparent employment hiring process. We strive to recruit prospective candidates based on merit alone; this means that no candidate should be discriminated against in terms of race, age, creed or sexual orientation and each has the correct documentation and rights to work with us.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain:

We regularly meet and visit suppliers to ensure that all employees are working under ethical and safe conditions. During these visits, we conduct internal audits on the practices with which our suppliers operate. We work closely to remedy any issues. If a supplier fails to adequately remediate the issue, the relationship is re-evaluated and if necessary, terminated.

All our brands run various healthcare-related initiatives including sponsoring health-care days which include eye testing, dental checks and vaccinations.

We do not permit outsourcing to third parties, which ensures working standards are maintained for all employees working in the supply chain.
