All orders are sent using Royal Mail are delivered Monday – Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays).

– Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm.
– During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
– All delivery is within mainland UK. Please email if you live outside UK mainland.
– For all international orders, please get in touch for costings.

CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel any order for any reason providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel and you will need to return it at your own expense. If you do want to cancel, we ask you to get in touch immediately.

DOES YOUR ITEM NEED REPLACING?
If there is something wrong with your order you must contact us immediately upon receipt. We are happy to refund you in full or replace the item if you can demonstrate what is wrong with your order. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been processed, your refund/ exchange will be processed within 14 working days. We will notify you via email once this has been processed.
